Family Reunion

I`ve never heard of a family reunion occurring in the last 111 years, so its time one happened. Jason Thompson,( Heather Mawhinney`s son) want to organise one. The initial idea is sometime early 2012 in Auckland. Ideas are being floated ranging from displays, sight seeing excursions, Art exhibition, workshops as well as dinner, BBQ etc. Its a chance to share and connect with relatives not only family history, stories but also life experiences and skills that otherwise could be lost for further generations.
