This is the house that Kjersti Sirgurdsdatter Sneie was born in 1845 Amotsdal, Seljord, Telemark, Norway, Her father Sigurd Sneie, Brattstaulbjønn was also born here in 1800. Sneie Crofters Farm is now preserved as a museum. Relatives have been discovered along with her family tree back to 1560. The house and barns are from around 1800 and the storehouse 1750.
